Japanese Sweets Salon Issho

Wagashi class in English: Sweets for summer

Summer flowers continue to bloom at Wagashi Issho.

Students will learn to make a sweet that looks like a tessen, a species of clematis, at the June Ohana (flower) class. Made by folding soft uiro dough into petals, this sweet is one of the most popular choices among tourists signing up for private lessons.
